Mindfulness & EF Coaching

Individual Coaching
I trained as a mindfulness facilitator at Brown University’s Mindfulness Center, and I then worked as a mindfulness and executive functioning coach at PALS, a neuropsychology practice in Manhattan.
I utilize evidence-based mindfulness practices and goal-setting techniques to help you identify what significantly contributes to your overall happiness, establish clear measures of success, and then organize around structured plans to help you get there.
Coaching Highlights:
- Selecting and coaching through a personally valuable goal in one of the primary domains that determine happiness: physical health, emotional health, interpersonal relationships, work + school, passion + interest & optimal environment.
- Establishing a daily formal mindfulness practice, with a mounting scientific evidence base to boost well-being, and which can perhaps also provide substantial clarity to that most fundamental question: “What do I really want? What really matters to me?”
- Informal practices/tools to more skillfully meet the challenges that inevitably arise in daily life: in relationships, at work + school, at home, and with ourselves.
- Outcome: Clients have cultivated discipline, sharper clarity and vision for what they want, enhanced mood, improved executive functioning, and deepened confidence from establishing and reaching goals.
